Marvel Comics artist and all-around good guy, Nick Bradshaw, took time out of his schedule working on the new issues of Guardians of the Galaxy to come by the Halifax store and meet fans, draw some comic characters and sign many comics!

Nick drew the Strange Adventures cover of Spider-man #1 showing Electro and Spidey in battle on the Halifax Clock Tower and had a crowd of folks getting their copies signed. Even a certain wall-crawler dropped by to get a copy signed. Spidey had a copy signed for his pal, Peter Parker, who was unable to make it to the event.

Moncton illustrator Danica Brine, aka Karibu, was also there doing sketches and selling some of her comics and Derek Jessome, a Halifax-area animator and illustrator, brought along several of his nifty prints to sell and he was on hand to sign the back of our Spider-man #1 issue as he drew the classic Spider-man on the back cover!
